A vermilion dot traces one square edge per phase while the square swells with lung fullness — no expanding-circle cliché.
Offline-first PWA, zero dependencies; the app module doubles as its own node:test target.
Proven with a committed journey pack: 20 assertions in real Chrome at phone size, including “a 3-second sit must not inflate your streak.”
